They do most of man power supply to OEMs. They get good rate but pay very less to employees. There there is a huge power distance exists, where senior leaders are treated like god's and employees are like dogs.. worst company I ever seen and would not recommend anyone to join this company..

Good work life Balance. Scope to get new and interesting projects

Dislikes

Training provided is minimal Salary and appraisal structure is very poor Too much dependence on Heavy Engineering clients. No scope to work on New technologies

As they are handling more number of customers, there will be more opportunities to work on different projects if we skilled up for that.

Dislikes

They are more input from the employees but they are not ready to pay for it. No allowances for team building activities.

Very Bad culture in TA team, they will terminate any time anyone, no work life balance, micro management, favouritism, no job security

Dislikes

TA team culture is bad, no hike, no recognition, only blaming and terminating work

Better salary for freshers compared to most other companies of similar kind. Flexible work culture (depends on client) Good work atmosphere.

Poor learning (depends on client) Less apprisal Poor scope for career and salary growth
