Salary hike after 6 mnth but it should be from April we as a employee work hard in covid - 19 situation so we deserve salary hike from april 2ndly bank become an insurance company where each day too much pressure of insurance so a Little bit worried situation

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Hr policy is so good and axis bank is most popular brands in india and i honour to work this organisation.

Senior employe is not good behaviour for junior employees. He always present I am the your boss they forgetting this organisation will respect all employees like a family member.

This is my first job and my first organisation to work, The ABCD of banking I learnt from this organisation and I really admire it, The team and my Boss Mr Deepak kumar is always supportive and helpful, job security is always there if you are ready to work and give to best for yourself and your organisation, If I talk about my salary I am sory I am not satisfied with it but its ok because I work with a brand of Axis bank Ltd. The sales have all the responsibility from any side of working but in my view credit and operations have to take some responsibility also for some works when needed, we all are team not single workers....

Paid leaves are there ....Guested Holidays will be provided...Incentives are there if u do sales and earn points. Although... Reputation buil in the society.
