no Support from reporting boss threatened everyday by circle head to leave the job as business was not happening in Lockdown Promotion data and Incentive tracker not shared my reporting boss Area Head and circle head in Kolkata Circle with 0 knowledge they do not know where to get data from If you complain anything about reporting boss and circle head they took it personally never ever join Liability channel of this company worst company ever

Second Saturday and Sunday, third Saturday and Sundays are off. No other perks.

... from you. More than 5 persons already left the office with their toxic culture. Don't trust their words during interview they will give a package which is lesser than your current ctc and will give excuses as you will earn promotions in a fast track mode. nothing doing you will not meet their unrealistic targets. Good Local management, training program also good.

Dislikes

Fake commitment from hr department before joining about in hand salary, After joining totally different in hand salary coming. When I talk zonal hr she is not giving a proper solution. Also they are sending employees for field work but they are not paying petrol expenses to employees. Means you have not earn anything in your take home salary hike. Hr department is to much confused and roude. Saturday Sunday working. Also daily 9.30 to 8.00 timing average. Means no work life balance. Also you can develop advisor from your own contact and relations. Company don't have any data.
