Whenever I call HR they don't pick up calls and reply to written messages on WhatsApp call again asking for sales targets to get my leaves approved. They won't let you be in the field for sales and make you sit in the office all day and ask you to call your clients and invite them to the office rather than going to their offices or residence, this leads to pathetic sales performance as this inevitable when you are in the office all day making plans for sales and not doing actual sales. I don't think senior management makes such rules and even if they do execution is really unimaginable. You have no one to discuss the issues. I hope max takes care of such issues because my many batch mates have left and many more are planning to leave the organization. After we leave a message will go to management that "we were not good salespeople and left", no one will talk about people leading us to this situation.

There is a lot of politics and bureaucracy which renders working very difficult. The culture has been destroyed by the people working here and many of them lack basic work ethics. Bluffing and telling lies to get the work done is a very regular affair. A sincere advice to anyone working in an MNC: do not choose this organisation. It will mostly be a cultural shock for you.

Job security even if you're a moderate performer, company policies are employee friendly, excellent survivors

Pathetic compensation, due to high job security people don't leave and growth becomes stagnant. also the culture is over hyped now, that golden days are gone.

Being indian firm you can sense the loose behaviour of employees across teams. You need to keep chasing for small things and thats not a good experience. Culture needs to change
