There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...things as it was my first job it showed me the direction of growth of my career. Salary was bit low but in time credited.Training was good,work environment was much more habitable. All i want to say thanks alot Axis Securities limited. Regards Pratyush Kumar sahoo

Yes my work station is very fantastic such a nice teammates and especially my SM is too good he supported me a lot and they give such great advices developing skills.

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow

Job security is very-very low and work life balance very low. no career growth and salary/appraisal is very very low

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high somtimes, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night managers do not value an individuals unique strengths. Team leader behavior offensive language

Friendly working environment, team work, our seniors, reporting authority behavior, their motivation level

Salary , product vertical issue because due to this sometime u can't get ur incentive which u had disbursement. Sometimes u don't aware that either u doing business loan or working capital.
