The culture has changed a lot during the tenure of new CEO. The way employees were handled during the first wave of COVID influenced my decision of quitting. Had a very tough time keeping my team motivated and to imbibe a safe feeling during the time of pandemic. If the employees were treated with dignity during the pandemic it would have been better.

Dislikes

Employees are treated like numbers and not important to the top management. I better don't get salary to get a salary from such a work culture. All the team leaders worked with burying their consciousness. I was not able to do that. So exit was my decision.

Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and give bonus every year based on performances.

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

You will remain absent minded. Aapko bulate rahega lekin aapko sunai nahi dega. 2. All the scenes of the office will keep playing in front of your eyes in a loop and you will keep feeling scared. 3. You will not remember anything. Your confidence will be low. 4. You will start having hallucinations and you will not even know it. 5. Aur inn sabke wajh se aapka relationship bhi kharab ho jayega.. They don't care about your health. Don't even think to join in Axis Bank.

Axis gives less salary compared to other bank and also high work pressure and high pressure to cross sell and make employees to run behind the customer and its make Customer to get irritated

Everything is very good, and Axis Bank is a brand with a very good name in the market.
