Work culture is very poor here. People don't take things ownership of things assigned to them. Emails are just official evidences, people don't action on emails. You have to pick up the phone and call everyone to get the work done, otherwise it is completely ignored. Communication with vendor resources is happening on whatsapp. Your personal phone becomes official. They still follow traditional waterfall work model, that too in a very poor manner.

Great work culture, tremendous opportunities in terms of technology implementation and individual projects, visionary top management and the same spirit percolates to rest of the hierarchy as well.

Overall compensation/salary benefits could be a bit better.

Only the job security is good. If you don't want to learn new technologies and stay stagnant in your skill set and career, then it's a perfect place.

The pay for IT employees is less. ( please confirm in hand salary before accepting any offer letter). The HR dept is cunning, they provide 1 offer letter and before 1 day of joining they drop the pkg and don't provide any clarification. The work-life balance is non-existent. People will call you on for work, 7 days a week and round the clock (right from 9 am till 11:30 pm) daily. The tech stack is ancient. (Python 2.7, No CI-CD, codes sent over mail for deployment, Developers will submit the code for deployment without even testing it. ) If you want to work at Axis Bank, best of luck to you!

Teammates are good in nature, training provide me is awesome, job security depend on our vendor, salary is good for me ,working environment is good their is no any work pressure when u complete ur training.

Everything is very good, and Axis Bank is a brand with a very good name in the market.

There will have to be a little increment in the salary of the lower level employees, because there they are already from third party role, everything else is very good.
