No work - personal life balance. Worked on holiday's but no comp off. Bonus and salary hike is too low. No training conducted in 3 year's of my term. Very less interaction between higher supervisor.

...ou are unable to do sales your manager will not allow you to go home on time, (Job security is there you get not fired from the job but salary poor as compared to other pvt banks as compared to job pressure) Talking about policies they have many policies but in branch banking none of the policies is followed. In branch banking the policy maker is your branch head and cluster head in this organisation. I don't want to dframe any organisation but what I am writing is the truth.

What I dislike in the organisation is work culture high working hours 12 hour shift, ethics, underpaid employees everyday is a sales day you are working as a cashier but you also have to do sales I don't like that honestly who wants to build a career in a banking sector and wants security job security what all of us is looking for you can do that we have to do some politics and give heavy gifts for your seniors branch manager and all

Job security. There are people like who don't do anything and are in the system from many year

Almost everything,very poor salary structure,Bonus system, seniors take advantage of their position and most important there is lobby of seniors

Job security is excellent they give you much more time to prove your self but work pressure is very high and salary is very less not work satisfaction here there is only sales sales sales but when they evaluate your self that time they will consider operations also key result area is very tough if you want to be your self in Axis Bank as a sales guy then this is good.

Every day sales target is high but salary is less
