They misbehave their new employee they harass me lot my supervisor openly told I am make sure that you not stay here long time after so much harassment finally I leave my job in 20 days.after leaving job no hr called me to ask why I was leaving job

...nce and there is a lot of politics and the manegement doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resing.On the job Traning is not giving to new Joinees

Nothing. Long working hours, it is going to be a 12 hour working shift, where you've to do only sales. If you are unable to do sale CASA, LI, GI, you will be abused by your seniors and they will make you sit upto 10pm.

Poor salary, highly underpaid, poor management and higher authority.

I was with Axis when its a UTI bank before 2006 At that time they providing ESOP to all Employee

At that time salary are Low No loan benefits Promotion after 5 years if clear Exams and full fill other criteria

...ided by bank side for BDA role . My openion is not to go BDA role in axis bank .salary also low only they will 20k in offer letter we can get 14 or 15k only .+ We can not get any petrol allowances

Always we want to do open market business only .daily we have targets . No support will be provided by team . Manager will not support to team .
