I know my rating is not v,good but this is not only for AXIS BANK this is for all banking sector, I didn't get any training from last 1.5 yrs for Banking/service but for cross selling(others company product) they do every thing. Iam a Banker but I got treated like am a thief and each and every day I must steal money from customers account by selling product in a un-ethical manner.

I do not get any Compensation/ allowance/innovation etc

Salary on time. Descent salary package they provide compare to other companies.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Unlimited pressure on tpp products. Huge mental pressure. Worst work culture. Huge partiality within employees. No team work.

...s based on Bengaluru location takes the fee on 2.8 lakh.... And give the loan... After paying the fee that person automatically sticked on the bank... Then a arts torture... Account...life insurance... Health insurance.... Axis direct ( d mat account)... Loans... Mutual funds... Pention schemes... Fixed deposits.... Total sales.... And 11.30hrs working timings.... Every day every hr .. every mn... every sec pressure pressure..... In case wants do the resign.... But you pay the 2.8 lakh fee... That is bigg money in poor families.... How they face there family.... That is the bank plan

Dislikes

It's a manager driven company. No value for HR and they don't follow terms and conditions. If manager decided to sack the employee they will do it. They tranfer you any branch and they don't even consult with the employee before

Job certainty, less pressure of work as compared to other bank.

Out dated Process of work, no training for new joiners, less salary package as compared to other company, lack of communication before application of new process, no leave encashment
