Axis bank business analyst profile is a myth if you are thinking that you will get to work on some really good technologies and use different tools as a business analyst. Plus if you are a fresher don’t ever think of joining Axis bank. I have been working with Axis bank since 8 months and I joined as a fresher in this profile but let me tell you the reality I haven’t learnt a single thing apart from some basic SQL commands and basic banking operations from this job and being an engineer i feel that don’t ever think of joining axis bank ever. I assure you that after leaving axis also you would be treated as a fresher only as you haven’t learned anything from this company. During my initial days of joining i was very excited to work on projects but after few months I realised that this is a pathetic job. The seniors are only helpful during your first days of joining and after you have joined they will leave you and keep giving you projects without any further guidance. The projects keep on coming and completion rate is very low. No work life balance is there at all. Very stressful job. The senior most management has now introduced JIRA software in which we have to map the projects. There are 2 systems simultaneously we have to update the projects. There is no automation process. Coordinating with other teams are very difficult they don’t entertain you at all. Worst work culture i ever seen.

M worjing in axis bnk 3 yr under co of global in innovsource .one thing i dont like extra work and pressure .if we work in clearing department that is our duty.not extra work lyk cash count handle cash departmemt is our duty .

Everything is very good, and Axis Bank is a brand with a very good name in the market.

There will have to be a little increment in the salary of the lower level employees, because there they are already from third party role, everything else is very good.
