Good work environment.Teammates are supportive.sales managers is not bad .appraisals are fair and they give not good salary but bonus is good.Company politics are not good.Job security is very poor. Work culture is so good.

No proper timings they give same data to every one and says do do do....my sm showed lots of partiality and no proper holiday nd can't even give emergency leaves. All he just wants leads with poor data

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Axis gives less salary compared to other bank and also high work pressure and high pressure to cross sell and make employees to run behind the customer and its make Customer to get irritated
