Salary credited on time.
Work culture is so so.
Dislikes
No work - personal life balance. Worked on holiday's but no comp off.
Bonus and salary hike is too low.
No training conducted in 3 year's of my term.
Very less interaction between higher supervisor.
Work Culture, Work life balance, learning opportunities, Average/Manageable pressure from Seniors, Fast growing Bank, Giving job opportunities to Freshers, Attractive Incentive for Sales Person. Good Bonus for Manager and above grades. If your performance is good you can get promotion in 2nd appraisal cycle.
Manual System for Daily Routine Work due to which chances of errors are high, Very Low Salary at Ofrole grade and no bonus for them. For onrole grades upto Manager (AM,DM), Annual Performance Bonus is on the lower side at 3 rating it's 40k for AM and 55k for DM. In grade promotion hike given is around 18% which should be minimum 20-25%. Bank takes 3 appraisal cycle a grade promotion for Average performer.
I liked the way customers have had a vwry good relationship with me. They still call me and I really miss my customers.
Dislikes
Salary was too low.
Being an operation head and receiving such low salary was very disappointing.
Timings for female employees.
Nobody understands that women staff needs to go home early specially who has small kids waiting at home. Leaving late night at 8pm and sometimes 9 oclk really made me sacrifice my job.
It was so difficult to do work where your seniors keep scolding you and make you feel annoyed. Instead of helping and motivating they really make you feel bad thus leading to leave my job.
10 years of experience and had to leave a job just because all of this makes me feel sad. I still miss my job and when I asked for WFH job nobody bothered. Even when I asked for early relieving since I had a small child at home nobody helped me neither HR nor my seniors.
Very much disappointed that giving my entire life to Axis and in return received nothing.
One can join this bank for job security but not for career growth as there is not proper compensation for employees, corporate politics has its own value in the organisation as only those get uplifted who contribute in politics and ....there is special recognition for female employees as they have better chances for their career growth comparing to their male counterpart.
Corporate politics,no proper growth ,working as insurance company not as a banking company as company is not giving due attention to its core products and above all company bosses whether at branch levels/cluster/circle level all are considering themselves as supreme which creatrs a anarchy environment among employees in short employees career are ruin by their respective bosses.
Compensation is low, but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Maximum time I have to work 10-13 hours straight in a day I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I am doing good sales and Operations and won many contests and client appreciations but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.
