Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high, sometimes I've to work 12-15 hours straight in a day. I've to attend client call in the early morning and sometimes late night.

Axis gives less salary compared to other bank and also high work pressure and high pressure to cross sell and make employees to run behind the customer and its make Customer to get irritated

Location placement is not good Culture is not good as well Salary is the worst as compared to other national banks Overall learning is not that great No training facilities
