There is nothing to like about i Axis Bank. Total toxic work culture and biased promotion and compensation policies.

...me college graduates are given preference in promotion even if they do nothing). No equal work equal pay policy. Some college graduates are hired as senior even when they know nothing and are paid 2-3 times more. Yes you read it right. HR are unresponsive and useless. No resolution is provided on toxic management, work culture or other issues.

Good Brand Name, Salary and compensation acceptable according to living standard and company gives employement to female candidates

Dislikes

Terrible Work Culture, Managers force people to work 14-16 hours a day even on weekends or your approved leaves (which you get very rarely) but no HR involvement is present. No work gets finished on time due to excessive delays from various teams. People are working to fulfill their KRAs not for customer satisfaction.

...fe balance (this is specific to the department and project you are assigned to). On time salary. Hassal free leave approval.

Dislikes

Work culture is very poor here. People don't take things ownership of things assigned to them. Emails are just official evidences, people don't action on emails. You have to pick up the phone and call everyone to get the work done, otherwise it is completely ignored. Communication with vendor resources is happening on whatsapp. Your personal phone becomes official. They still follow traditional waterfall work model, that too in a very poor manner.

...eadership principle. Mid management is asked not to listen to junior employees..Bad pay hike, no merit based promotion.No channel/HR to address your grievance about your manager/company policy.

6 yrs n no promotion in spite of day n night of hard work and continuous travel. Promotion to those who are ready to sacrifice their sanctity to satisfy the physical needs of the seniors / management ppl

No guidance n promotion. Salary hike for those who appease their supervisors n management
