Pay role should be equal with Grade, wherein it is with full of politics, encouragement with team members is less after new CBO joined

It was the most pathetic environment ever one could be in.

One will be burdened with the work soo much that he/she would not be even able to find a new job. HR is so wanna be specifically HR head she would not hire a woman if she is wearing a formal skirt and passed a judgment that since she is wearing such clothes she would ask for more amount of salary. Petty people.
