Freshers: Job security is 100% without paying single rupees to you.. You just work as broker don’t expect corporate culture.. HR hierarchy model is not clear he committed something different and you are going to get opposite from that.. About joining /interview /process :under this frm very easy if you are like 10th 12th graduation or else MBA (all on a same role )you can join very easily and very casual very common nothing nothing serious One thing I learned from this firm that You got a good individual experience
