No security, no notice period, 3 year bond, 3 year probation, can remove you for simplest of reason at their will. Horrible company. Please don't go here. After 3 year, you will be part of company and get employee benefits that too if they feel like keeping you after 3 year performance review. They will remove easily and no humanity. Extremely bad hike as if we are begging. Personal life will be at risk. You don't know whether you will enjoy any Saturday & Sunday in the entire year. No dearness and no hardship allowance for trainees. Axens competitor Honeywell UOP gives hardship allowance (between 3000 to 4000 per day on site) to trainees. Discrimination between trainees and employees. I am no more working with this company. You do feel neglected as well. Not suitable for fresher's or today's generation youngsters who are career oriented or money oriented. You will have a pathetic life. Most of your work is on Excel. You can easily work from home but they dont like. Their rules are illogical. THEY TAKE THINGS UNNECESSARILY TOO SERIOUSLY AND BE SUICIDAL AT YOU WITHOUT WARNING AND NOTICE. NO COMPANY DOES THAT EXCEPT AXENS. They also drag same work of just say 2 week or 1 month to 7 to 8 months. U will definitely get bored.
