No policies for promotion, everyone works on the same position lifetime Less paid leaves and holidays Terrible behavior of seniors, they keep insulting everyone No professionalisam work software failure Overload of work when team members leave the job people don't stay here more than 1 or 2 years because of behavior of management.

Axcel Support Service is like a family to me. In this COVID 19 right from day 1 of lockdown they have provided Work from Home to all employees. They are in touch with all employees ensuring they are doing well. Also they have provided extra leaves for the employee suffering from Covid.
