Very less salary especially for those who have started their career here (first company) I am a process lead with 4.5 years of experience in AXA but the salary is equivalent to analyst of other companies.

...n my process. They really dont interfere in our daily work if we do it honestly. I would never left the organization if AXA improves their pay criteria. Job is secure enough as compare to other organisations. Overall experience was great in AXA.

...i bonus in CTC. There is huge difference btwn CTC and salry we receives in hand. Other than pay, benefits i dont think have to dislike something. Yes, one more thing AXA should have provide parental insurance with free of cost as currently they deduct some amount of money as premium if we want to cover the parents under medical insurance.

Company has neither gone for layoffs nor salary deduction due to Covid19 crises till now like other companies. For this I really feel lucky to have a part of AXA

I feel that client interaction with the team is very less here and that is one of the barrier to develop a gud relation with them. Also onshore visit opportunities are very less. Other point I dont like is we have to apply leaves from our leave balances if we leave early even by 1 or 2 hours but almost everymonth when we do overtime there is no recognition. If company ask us to apply leaves for less working hours then it shoild also pay us for extra working hours.

Availability of work from home, flexible work hours (both depending on process and mgr), good managers (again differes case to case). If you have good connect at right places and have decent job, there are opportunities to go on site(European countries mostly) for min of 2years which gets extended if performance is good.

Where to begin!! The pay structure is a horror. Everything is added in your ctc (gratuity, mediclaim, transport expenses, shift allowances if any), so when you compare it with your previous organisation (if you had like mine wherein only thing the ctc has is basic, hra, personal allowance and pf), it looks very grand, but ultimately it's barely anything(i thought I'd gotten hike of 40%+ but how wrong was I!!). Even performance bonus is capped and addes in overall CTC. After this there comes the yearly hike!! In past two years the avg hike I've gotten is less than 13% that's worse than anything I've gotten in 7yrs before that. They had a policy change last year which makes you wait for three years before you're eligible for any kind of promotion!!! I've heard max 18 months or for that matter 24months but 36months is just unacceptable. Even with outstanding performance you'll require min two years to become eligible for any kind of promotion. So if you're a high performer like me (not to brag but avg promotion time line for me had been 2yrs at max in any organisation I'd worked with prior to axa), you'll be frustrated here because I've been told there are no exception to this policy. There is no culture such as for employee engagement, team csr activities, team outings, employee engagement fund, etc. Only once a year you've a team outing sponsored by process but less said said the better. They don't even pay for outings with client. You've to pay from your pocket if you happen to organise one. Overall at organisational level AXA had been the worst experience I've had in almost 10yrs of my career.I've stayed this long only because my manager is very understanding and there is lot to learn in the process I work for. But, you can't survive very long just on those two. Oh and last but the not the least, the clients are terror too. I had previously worked with only US clients and I must say US people are way more professional and better to deal with than European clients.
