- Multiple approvals dependencies for the Projects - Lack of Transparency - No clarity on objectives for few Strategic Projects and surprisingly some senior stake holders are not even informed on the decisions taken - So called Strategic Management is keen to keep existing people on bench rather than helping then to develop their skills they are looking for outside talent - Senior management should understand geographical and cultural differences and all practices will not work across entity

3rd class company, no incentive, overwork, partiality no hike they expect u to work for atleast 5 years orelse they won't give your experience letter! Bheek mago but yaha mat jao. Jindagi barbad! F@#k axa.

For New joiners, AXA s really good organisation. Work culture is good you can maintain work life balance as you are provided hybrid mode of work

Dislikes

For long term, cannot rely on AXA. Average salary, In some of team - Employee are pressurized. But not in all Teams.

AXA took care about employees during pandemic and provided wfh and power backup and also the job was secured during 2019-2020. Management is employee friendly. People are very good. HR is supportive. Regular interaction to know employees needs. good leave policy.

90 days notice period, salary offered is less than business standards outside.

Company policies are good I felt very secured job and team management is excellent appraisal are fair and they give us good salary and bonus.

Dislikes

I feel rarely there is lot of politics. Salary is good but career growth is slow.
