Less salary. not as per market standard. if you are excellent in your work, you are eligible for promotion, i.e. to become a Process leader, manager will only appreciate your work, but, while giving promotion, manager selects a person, who is not independently working, not using his own brain while working and taking not able to any decision and who will not oppose to manager under any circumstances. and listens to manager only.

Promotions till Process lead level is great, it will encourage team members to work, but after process lead growth saturated. Company policies are too traditional, please improve company as well as HR policies too.

90 Days Notice period & less compensation demotivates emplyees to work in AXA, its like working forcefully not genuinely because no one will hire you with 90 days notice period. Give good compensation to employees like market standards not like third party, then why employee will search for new. Afterall only money matters else all are fake

Low salary, High Work pressure, no work life balance, no support from higher management, bad behaviour from Reporting manager, office politics

If you look for zero motivation, no compensation, no recognition, worst infrastructure you are looking at the right place to work and ya to add up no overtime allowance where working hours can be till late in night and you are expected to login early in morning, apart from that the expectation is to login twice when you are on leave :)

Everything If you just want a job please find join as the pay structure is pathetic the in hand salary is quite low, you won't get a hike, no overtime for extra working hours and work hours that go till 14-15hrs, no motivation or recognition mechanism in place. Senior is management is unaware of the bottle necks and makes decisions without considering the impact in the employees. Worst in terms of being employee centric. The infrastructure is worst.
