Biased management, work politics, favouritism. Management only supports their favourite employees no matter how wrong they are. They pressurise new employees to quit no work ethics they only want business. Employees here plays with the career of new joiners they create a hostile environment for the employees who newly joined so that they can promote old employees from the place they want. Old employees here can do anything for promotion they not even hesitate to ruin anyone’s career. If you want a peaceful and a healthy work environment please don’t join this company no support will be provided by the management your mental peace will be ruined. Surface level trainings. No in-depth trainings on administrative job. Inside Sales Target for operations personel. Zero leadership skills of senior members. Zero assets of the company, all are leased assets. Too much manual data usage. Zero automation in reports generation.
