... impressive here.With the overall jovial atmosphere, I enjoy the work I do here. the Pay scale, too, is impressive as I got a 50% hike on my joining & have been promoted thrice over the last 3yrs in the company. The compay really knows how to hunt for talented professionals & keep them happy so that the organisation remaims happy & satisfied in its operation. The works-life balanve is also quite good as we not expected to works after the official hours.

Dislikes

I dont't think there are issues here at the company which qualify to be disliked.Although smoking in the parking zone should really be addressed.

I like the Hide & seek Game because in this company they posted their reviews after my actual review to hide my review from all.

...n Pune branch no one Happy because of negative culture & trimendous pressure. 3. They give you "लालच" like as Tripple the Salary, Per month Incentive & Performance Link Incentive to forget your family,to do more sales & to keep your mouth shut but they never ever give you anything apart from deducted salary. 4. Yes they give you salary 50% you achive the target or not achieve the target. 5. Pune's culture, environment & boss is very horrible. 6. Your personal life get banned once you entered in this company. 7. Weekly off, monthly off, Yearly off, sick leaves & other leaves are not available here. Only you have to work from 10 am to 8,9,10 pm like as robot. 8. Check your weight before joining this organisation & after 1 month recheck your weight then you'll get to know. Yes you'll get weight loss here because of Harrasment & pressure. 9. They will suck your blood like as water & also management not care about yours & your family members life not even 1%. 10. Owner don't know the current condition of the Pune branch because of 2 Higher Authorities & they playing very cheap role with the owner. 11. Till date this company not even crossed their employee strength in double digit just because of Culture, environment & pressure. 12. They just need work, work work & work. 13. Manager gives booking leads to only favorate employee. Other employees they don't care. Yes lots of Favorism available here. 14. They give you worst leads to achieve the target but not even single transaction happens here. 15. They give you data for calling to suck your blood & also they give you target of 130-150 leads in a day for calling if you not then half day absent marked. 17 If you want to test your patience or if you want to loose your family then surely you can join this organisation. 18. If any employee having Emergency condition then also they give you 50% target to get half day leave.

Only think to like is that this company will giev you a reality check in life. Because if you are joined this just know your life is f***d.

Kaha se start karu bhai? Chalo kuch facts bta deta hu: 1. Salary date iss company mein kuch aisa hai: Jan mein 27th, Feb mein 11th, March mein kuch pata nahi becuase aaj 16th hai & holi b khatam ho gya but salary nahi aayi hai. 2. Salary mangne par sidha terminate kar dete hai 3. Site visit ka bhi paisa nahi deti hai na salary aur bolte hai khudke paise se on site jao.. bhai 2 2 mahine salary nahi doge toh kya main kidney bech ke site visit karu? 4. Bolte hai din ke 400 calls karo aur fir usi din ajeeb ajeeb activity krwane HR se vo joker aa jate hai. Lunch ke baad yoga krwate hai aur activity ka naam energyiser bolte hai. fir 1 ghanta barbaad krne k baad sham ko extra time kaam krwate hai agar 400 calls complete nahi kiye toh. 5. Competition ko dikhane ke liye party krte hai jiska budget inke pass nahi hota. non veg & veg ka preference puchenge but denge nahi qki budget kam hai. 1 beer ki can se 3 logo ko beer denge. and sabko sirf 3 pass milte hai so that zada kharcha na ho jaye. 6. HR department yehan hai hi kyun pata nahi kuch pata nhi hota inhe. 2 log hai HR mein attitude aisa jaise pradan-mantri hai kahi ke. Shaqal achi hai nahi toh atleast baat toh dhang ki kara karo... 7. Culture toh bhul hi jana. Great place to work ka certification kharid ke prachar krte hai jaise duniya wale toh C hai. 8. Executive ki notice period bhi 2 mahine rakha hai.. notice period mein salary nahi denge. bolte hai lst working day se 60 days mein milegi. Leave bhi nhi allowed hai. 9. joining ke time koi invformation nahi dete. baad mein security ke naam par blank cheque sign krwa ke rakh lete hai. Agar kisi ko pata ho koi aisi company jo aisa krti hai toh please mujhe batana. 10. Yehan decision makers 1 aadmi nahi hai.. 10 10 hai.. kisi ka sar patal-lok mein toh kisi ka pair bhul-lok mein. Agar yehan aane ko plan kar rahe ho toh usse accha hai ghr hi baitho. Ya toh tabhi join karo agar tum ladki ho and kuch serve kar skti ho management ko (IYKYK).
