Level 1, higher ups in each division are too much under pressure and cascade the same down the line work pressure, Less skilled work force vis a vis to growth plan

Surface level trainings. No in-depth trainings on administrative job. Inside Sales Target for operations personel. Zero leadership skills of senior members. Zero assets of the company, all are leased assets. Too much manual data usage. Zero automation in reports generation.
