...o give so we need to terminate you. They really need to find a good client base. You can't expect promotion or salary hike as well because it is totally based on client. The learning experience also depends upon the type of the client you get.

You can work independently sometimes from home as well. Office timing can also be adjustable if you are working good.

Dislikes

They expect us to work day night but when you ask for salary increase they will only procrastinate. Appraisal is very low. In case you are working very hard and think by completing the project you get admiration but opposite might happens.

It is a great place to work & built your career by working with professionals having great expertise in current industry technologies. You will get mentored by seniors and will get an opportunity to learn alot here.

Salary at the start of your career is low. Though you will get a handsome salary if you put urself to hardworking culture.

...efit given by the company, during Covid situation they asked not to take leaves. If you are talking even sick leaves also they will deduct salary though you have all your leaves in your account. No health insurance benefits provided by the company, if you are opting then you need to pay the premium from your pocket.

Leaves are very less that too they are not ready to use it, no other benefits from company

...n you ask about the promised salary increment once deploying on live projects...In corona time only time I recieved mail of my HR was to inform me for the salary cut even though they know I am residing out of my hometown...Many negative things to say none of the HRs manager team lead know the technology company is running by the grace of God only
