The work culture is good. Everybody seems nice and supportive.

Dislikes

Job security is the main issue here. They just do demand supply thing with the developers. Connect the developer with the client and once the work of client is being finished or contract is being terminated. They just tell the person that we don't have any much work to give so we need to terminate you. They really need to find a good client base. You can't expect promotion or salary hike as well because it is totally based on client. The learning experience also depends upon the type of the client you get....Read More
