Not satisfied with promotion & appraisal, working with company since 2012 but till now no promotion, lots of politics, those who have no minimum qualification & knowledge they are getting promotion, I'm a MBA hospital management holder but also no promotion given by the company, this survey is only for my satisfaction but I know this will not going to implement. Thank you

Organizational values are good but there is no recognition in working field as well no promotions at all in my department wise .it s been like 2 years nobody bother about us who are familiar with manger they are getting good place I am facing lot problem with them in fact they are giving false promises that they will be giving promotion .
