1. No management 2. Just enjoying because received name of TATA recently 3. Hire and Fire system, fire after one year in the system, specially associated 4. Blame candidates, but they themselves dont work. If you get to work here, study for an year as its all like a bench period

1. No growth professionally. 2. No increament in salary. 3. Irresponsible management 4. High pressure 5. Higher management always finding the way to stop employees appraisal. They have made a scheme if any employee do 3 Escalation in a year then that person will not be the eligible for the appraisal and they demote that employee.

...rtive and the management is transparent. There is A huge cafeteria fir chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary every month

Company do not have there captive process as it is handled by ienergizer which do not provide the salary on this and they will only provide the half salary every month they will tell you at time of joining. Totally fraud company
