Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Worst place for working. They just making you fool all the time when you ask for you salary. I worked there at least one year and every month I am facing salary issues. They don't have ethic values. Even my one month salary still pending and I left this office in January. Big no for this company.

Not a single thing which can be liked about Avteg... Worst management

Dislikes

Don't pay salaries ... backlog of most for 6 months Doesn't pay reimbursements. Do not deposit EPF & PF in the accounts but deducts on monthly basis from salaries Mismanagement of funds. Management doesn't pay salaries but they don't compromise in their luxury (management person)

Likes

The current management mix is empathetic, forward moving and driven by innovation. Despite a major business hit due to covid pandemic (especially to education and skill development sector), they have been taking care of their employees (present and ex employees) and work unbiased in the best interest of the people associated with them.
