Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

Worst place for working. They just making you fool all the time when you ask for you salary. I worked there at least one year and every month I am facing salary issues. They don't have ethic values. Even my one month salary still pending and I left this office in January. Big no for this company.

Not a single thing which can be liked about Avteg... Worst management

Dislikes

Don't pay salaries ... backlog of most for 6 months Doesn't pay reimbursements. Do not deposit EPF & PF in the accounts but deducts on monthly basis from salaries Mismanagement of funds. Management doesn't pay salaries but they don't compromise in their luxury (management person)

Likes

The current management mix is empathetic, forward moving and driven by innovation. Despite a major business hit due to covid pandemic (especially to education and skill development sector), they have been taking care of their employees (present and ex employees) and work unbiased in the best interest of the people associated with them.
