I have huge Respect and Admiration for the Company Owner Mr. Sunil Kochar Sir. He is the one and only Sales Man of this Company, all the business comes from his Brand Image. Have no Organisational Structure. Have only 5 so called corporate employees and the are doing so much gossiping & politics shamelessly. Actually they are doing just the Time Pass. Company can't survive with current competitive market with this kind of Working Culture and Employees. Have one HR/Admin/ Operation Executive... He is too funny. Anyone interested to watch his Buttering comedy show at office then i suggest please join AVON. I joined to this company only given mentally, so feel very bad but it's okay bcoz luckily presently I have many options so all the nonsense things not effect me. But I feel very sad for Lab Peoples they are harassed by the management so much. Even they are instructed for not to talk with others department, specially With Sales People. It's totally unexpected. Ultimately it's the failure of Mr Sunil Kochar image.

From My End Dislike Nothing. Bcoz I have nothing to loose with this company. But i have one request to Mr.Sunil Kochar Sir please be Involved. We joined just bcoz of you not for others.
