Company is good but I say one thing that if student are eligible then give opportunities to do job one thing I will say if candidate education according job will provide other wise candidate are hopeless it means education will go ground level

It's good to work but there is no loyalty, earlier it was good but after change in leader's level post Avon changed to autocratic from democratic. Beside its totally depend on your manager not your company.

My job location igi t3 airport last 2 years i am working but no sallery increament new fresher join same sallery no value old supervisor there is some peoples relatives are working supervisor post and project executive save our relatives blaming a old staff and no value supervisor
