This impressive growth trajectory positioned the company for long-term profitability. However, the situation drastically changed when the CEO’s son Ramesh varier took over leadership, setting an unrealistic growth target of 300%. These inflated expectations, coupled with a lack of transparency and integrity in business operations, led to severe organizational challenges and eventual decline.Also realised they are racist and keeps a trust issue with there employees.... As a family-run business, AVN Arogya suffered from mismanagement and poor decision-making, often filling key positions without matching skills or experience. The heavy involvement of family members fostered ego clashes and created a toxic work environment, where employees were treated poorly and undervalued. The company failed to meet basic obligations like paying salaries to current employees, further deteriorating trust and morale. In conclusion, while the hospital had a promising start and demonstrated strong growth, poor leadership, unrealistic goals, and the absence of professional management ultimately compromised its potential. AVN Arogya stands as a cautionary example of how misaligned leadership and internal politics can disrupt even the most promising ventures. No growth.... Company is manager by father ie Ramesh Varier and son Dinesh Varier who thinks they knkw ebeythung in world..... Will make you work 10 times for a single work and ask ROI.... No job satisfaction. Employees want to leave but in madurai no jobs are available.

Its a great company as far as working pattern is concerned. The owners are really nice people and its been a pleasure working for over 6 years as GM there. I along with my other team members made worked really hard to make it Tamil Nadu's first NABH accredited Ayurveda Hospital.

The company even though a very considerate management is there at times they trust too many new consultants and they do not bestow the trust in their own employees. They need to realise that consultants are consultants, they come and go, but it is the employee who are working with them and they need to trust them more.
