She deserve to be a junior telecaller . I REQUEST AVIVA INDIA TO PLS PROMOTE HER AS JUNIOR TELECALLER . SHE DESERVES THAT ONLY . Shit leads . As a customer service executive, any person would be deprive always. Poor salary structure as well as poor career growth. Senior's poor behave with their employee. They treat with employee like outsider.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.T A company which always takes care of his employee needs.Working culture is excellent. I also the employee re-hire policy of Aviva. 👍

Compensation is decent, but the growth is slow. Otherwise Aviva is the excellent company to work with.

The mentors I’ve had and the opportunities I’ve gotten. There’s an open door policy and I’ve never been judged on the basis of my designation but the intent I show and the knowledge that I’ve gathered. Most of the senior most leadership (including the CEO- Mr. Rath) are approachable and open to ideas, as long as you display the confidence for an idea, and the willingness to see it through, no matter what department you’re from.

Dislikes

The salary and appraisals could be better and the competition is cut-throat.
