The company not open to innovation and not readily adopts latest technology. They just through out lot of people from of the company without any discussion, lot of politics management take one sided decisions. If you want to join lab for r&d and QC not even think of that managers are really bad, rest other departments are good

Dislikes

Overall company environment is good if you have to join other departments But when it comes to Lab its environment is not appropriate to work, lab managers are not well qualified, so not value an individuals most of the times i have to take back my suggestions.No on job training for freshers. Managers especially that are concerned with lab not give proper appraisals take every thing very personal, have zero professionalism.
