I liked the way I was interviewed, pure technical round by Eswar. and my initial 3 years at Aviso was very good with hand full of work loads of automation, had good opportunity to great learning.

Dislikes

The trio (Eswar, Ravi.B & Suma, they were like godfathers in the company) left the company, then the company became worse. When the reorganisation happened, all the non-technical, show-case managers got hired who have very poor technical skills but just with good communication skills, who can't even drive any smallest code release or hot-fix or any minute module. They depend on the limited technical staff making their life vulnerable with loads of fixes and work. The infrastructure is too outdated now, no thinking of improvement in near future sticking on the same old RCA and triaging wasting loads of manual hours and efforts in wrong direction.
