Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Main is company sometimes can't able to see that what staff's suffering and not gvng approximate salary,leave...will not getting leaves to meet our family r attending some important functions also,,no proper salary for work due to covid19 .....

Small and a growing company. Has good potential for growth as a business.

Dislikes

The atmosphere of mistrust and an unprofessional approach. Balancing risks and returns by way of cross subsidising across portfolios would be another area to look into. The Company needs to believe in team efforts and work cohesively as a team. Value based approach is another area that needs to be looked into by the Company
