...ineer,office timing is very bad almost 10 to 10:30 hr, Zero work life balance, Salary credit after almost 2 month from date of leaving,...... That things no one can change job easily... No matter How your performance for Appraisal ........

Free work culture, working atmosphere is very good, PMS policy is good employee friendly, progressive company.

Good for freshers and mechanical engineer. Co operative managers and staff in project department. Good Scope for R & D work as they r taking initiative to make in India products.

No work -life balance for project department. Salary increment is very low even though u work hard. Daily allowance for site person is only 200 Rs which is below average. 6day work. If u r in project department then u have to travel within a Pune or pan India in short notice.

I applied for a job as a business development executive, and the company conducted 5 rounds of interview - all of which were in person - in response to my application. You may imagine it is 55 KMs from my house to their manufacturing plant. They offered me the position and asked me to start from monday. When i arrived, the HR instructed me to go to her cabin and complete out some paper work. The first was the offer letter and the second was some legal document which said it was forbidden for you to work with compitetors with similar interests etc. It was Ok up till this point. Thank-God! I then discovered a single sheet of paper attached at the end. After carefull exmanitation I found out that it was a bond paper whit a commitment of 2 years. I was very surprised, If you want someone to sign a bond you should be explict about it from the start. They attemt to deceive you into signing the document. Please! Please! Please Do not join this organisation at all.
