Actually there is nothing to like. Product is weak and it’s a family business. No professionalism

... Expect a min 14 hour day with 6 days a week. Basic holidays are also not given. Salary deduction on the whims and fancies of management. Also salary paid in 2nd week of the month.

Colleague are best. And on time payment. Only salary... When you left the job, salary credit after almost 2 month from date of living

...ineer,office timing is very bad almost 10 to 10:30 hr, Zero work life balance, Salary credit after almost 2 month from date of leaving,...... That things no one can change job easily... No matter How your performance for Appraisal ........

The overall work environment is good at Avians, so many new things can be learned in short duration of time. From career growth point of view it is very good flatform for fresher candidate.

No traveling facility is provided and salary given to employees is average.

Free work culture, working atmosphere is very good, PMS policy is good employee friendly, progressive company.

Location (chikhali) But this issue will solve in 2024 as company will shifted in Chinchwad.

Good for freshers and mechanical engineer. Co operative managers and staff in project department. Good Scope for R & D work as they r taking initiative to make in India products.

Dislikes

No work -life balance for project department. Salary increment is very low even though u work hard. Daily allowance for site person is only 200 Rs which is below average. 6day work. If u r in project department then u have to travel within a Pune or pan India in short notice.
