Job security is zero with Avesta. They select people for the client requirements. If any project end with less time then they will send the employee. And the client locations like client to client.

...end to one client location. And that client can send to other client location. The salary deduction happens without proper reason.

No proper policies & structure of work. HR policies are defined by themselves which will never be seen at any other organisations. Top management is worse and getting more worse! HR behaves as if that person owns that company! You will be questioned about your whereabouts and the personal life as well.
