At Avekshaa Technologies, one challenge is the fast-paced work with high-stakes BFSI clients across APAC and Middle East, where diverse client needs and tight deadlines require precise, rigorous work. Additionally, Navigating regulatory requirements and securing approvals as an overseas vendor can sometimes slow project timelines. However, these challenges also make the role dynamic and rewarding.

Good work culture. Reporting Managers are ready to listen to the challenges and takes responsibility in giving proper solutions. Proper structured appraisals and hikes.

5 Days Work from Office at Bangalore office. It is becoming trouble traveling in Bangalore traffic. Huge pollution and damaging my health.

You get a good exposure here in Avekshaa Technologies. In very less time you would he able to learn alot of things. Would get to work in multiple tracks and grasp more knowledge in very less. A must recommended for an Entry level IT professional.
