Poor management. Managers are not able to manage the things and then pressure comes to juniors. They are not capable of handling employees. If you are doing something extra than project they will say, who told you to do this and while appraisal they will say what extra you did other than project. Work life balance is not there.

Terrible work life balance. No sat sun, holiday. worked 2.5 yrs daily 14 to 16 hrs, some time even 20 hrs. No Increment in last 2.5 yrs. all appreciations on email only.

It was my first company after graduation. My team members were good and always helped. Some teams work on latest technologies like AI, Data science, cloud etc.

Salary hikes are not that great. During pandemic we didn't get salary hikes for 2 years. Work life balance goes for a toss most of the times although it will depend on your team. Technology is old so I got bored pretty quickly debugging SIP call flows.

Work Life Balance is very good in Avaya. Work culture is good as long as you are working with the right leaders. Work culture gets spoilt when managers from service based industries join and try to micro manage. Flexible working hours with work from home facility is good. Products you work on can be good but depends on the team.

...ole you actually play on the field. Learning curve goes in a downword direction. Salary increments are on an average side. Management hires people on much higher roles and much higher packages and makes them do the same thing as one on a much lower level. This demotivates the existing well performing employees. No travel opportunities.
