No long term road map, firing in every 4 months Workload less work stuff. Company is taking burnden of lot of senior employees who are good for nothing and getting hefty salaries. Company is expecting innovation from employees who supposed to be retired or layoff long back Company started working as services based org instead of product based.

Corporative Nature of Colleges, Good Company to Work, Good Mentors/Managers.

Dislikes

Poor Financial Stability, Salary is Pretty less for Old Employees no Salary Revision as per market structure. New Folks with less skills are getting almost double to existing Employees.

Lots of learning. Offer higher pay scale than industry initially. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Job Security is worse. They change projects frequently. No salary increase after promotion. No clear vision about existing products at management level. Every year they head toward chapter 11. Lots of layoff in last 2 years.

Only salary hike.

Dislikes

Poor management. Managers are not able to manage the things and then pressure comes to juniors. They are not capable of handling employees. If you are doing something extra than project they will say, who told you to do this and while appraisal they will say what extra you did other than project. Work life balance is not there.
