Very poor work life balance Micro managing the employees Toxic environment Sleepless work They will fire you anytime No job security They will check your personals like whatsapp, personal mail, Files, etc.. in your mobile phone when you are leaving from the company. They will hire huge students in campus interview. But few only cross the first month.

Good place to learn and develop knowledge . If we had good colleagues we can have good time there . Good place to learn how to survive in this kind of work culture .

No work life balance Too much pressure and micro managing peoples not in every team but there are some evil eyes in some team. Sleepless work . Too much of Politics . Every minute you have to think about the firing . adutha nimisham nichayam illatha vazhka..... When you have to leave from that company , you have to show your phone , and they will even check your snapchat, fb , insta ,whatsapp and personal gallery tooo . Very very worst . Simply if you have to know about this good company . Go and watch 'Angadi theru' movie . You can easily predict about your work life .

They will take students from college placement and once after the intern period completed. They will terminate all. Fully politics and bad environment for mental health. Excepts to work 24 × 7. No work life balance before. 0% job security, they will terminate people even after 3 or 4 years experience. Seriously I do no who gave 5 stars😂. It's a nice joke. Placement apo nalla vazha palam mari pesuvaga nambiratiga. You will lose your heath, mental peace and everything at the end. Trust me don't be betrayed. Package will be 6 but u will receive 4 or below. Beware!!!
