Exterm place to work for, you will be continuesly challenged for the salary you been drawn, entire hotel works for an man and that man's demands you to do a lot of changes in hotel but when you do that is your day. Department head aren't have any idea how to deal with daily operations example mine he is not knowing any of the hotel software and lives by WhatsApp messages. Micromanaging people all around think 1000 times before you join here.

U vl get salary by End of the month. That is the only good thing in this company.

Compensation is decent, but Mgt do not give respect to individuals. No Trainings vl be given but mgt expects miracles in short period. No job security at all and don't think about your personal life once you joined in this company. Never get appreciations for your good work and Appraisals completely biased not on performance based.

The Management has a constructive support pattern, high job security.

HR is pretty lame for times like these, you can have a discussion about problems but expect them never to be solved. No new skill or knowledge development by HOD. Bad bad bad cafeteria food.

There is a reason beyond liking AVASA very good culture, respect between department friendly nature created in the AVASA hotel I love a AVASA

Only one reasons dislike the , every five star hotels they are conducting staff partys ,but inthe AVASA hotel there is no staff partys, by the conducting the staff party employees will be happy ,they forget the streess
