It's a very good company if you want to learn how to play the politics, then definitely you can join their. I worked their around 2 years, but company's situation is terrible. Whole management is confused and Force you to be confused. No good salaries and hike their. No future and learning their. Job security will always be their in your mind and heart. But it's a very good company to learn the politics.

One can have worst bosses here. No work life balance, no appreciate for your efforts, they even don't clear your KRA to you. If you are working as HR though you have to work as marketing or service executive also and vice versa,🐒
