No employee care. The HR dept has nothing to do with your point of view. They just impose their decisions and your voice won't be heard.

Good environment..crt time salary credited..clean environment

They don't respect employees..some higher officials they don't have how to respect employees...they treat like animals..in break time they don't gave proper tea also..job promotion is impossible..it may take 5 year and above..they don't give work based on the degree and knowledge.. strictly followed work timing ..if u late arrived they deduct day half amount u r salary..

Good work environment and culture.Company policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

The one postitive thing in this company is job security. That is also not fulfilled in this covid situations. For the employees who were not given WFH is compelled to come to office without cab arrangements. Cab arrangements for some and not for others. Lots of partially

Lots of partiality. Employees were not given their basic needs as well. Food is worst and it is compulsory to pay food amount. No transportation at all

...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give god salary hike and bonus every year.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
