...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give god salary hike and bonus every year.

No employee care. The HR dept has nothing to do with your point of view. They just impose their decisions and your voice won't be heard.

They don't respect employees..some higher officials they don't have how to respect employees...they treat like animals..in break time they don't gave proper tea also..job promotion is impossible..it may take 5 year and above..they don't give work based on the degree and knowledge.. strictly followed work timing ..if u late arrived they deduct day half amount u r salary..

The company gives the more knowledge to the employees of different departments. Very good flat from to learn many process. Job security is one of the best advantage.

Basic salary is less compared to other EMS. Elsewhere nothing.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.
