Staff is rude they will treat u like a helper if u will not do thr work. - No individual discussion with boss. - Boss will judge you by another staff opinion. - They can leave you anytime is u will take leave. -They (staff)will make thr own point. - Boss not ready to listen single word coz mostly staff is very old staff so they if they will quit job again join same organization. - you can't do work independently u will be helper of all staff. -No one tell u thr abt atmosphere. -Rude Boss. - No growth
